I’m a builder, a leader, and a coach. I built and scaled a startup accelerator from scratch, raised two venture capital funds, and led innovation at the intersection of media and tech. Along the way, I’ve coached hundreds of founders and executives — drawing on experiences at FRONTLINE, Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, the Stanford d.school, Innovation Endeavors, Matter Ventures, and Columbia Journalism School, where I now lead the Sulzberger Executive Leadership Program.
